Homebuyers can choose from 4 or 5-bedroom villas, with prices largely determined by location and the villa’s design. The Mansions
Nakheel also introduced “The Mansions,” a private enclave within Jumeirah Islands consisting of 31 five-bedroom villas, each with a built-up area of nearly 8,500 sq. ft., offering an even more luxurious living experience.
Jumeirah Islands Townhouses
In 2013, Nakheel launched an additional collection of 4-bedroom townhouses, along with plans for a large community center called Jumeirah Islands Park. This center will feature a supermarket, fitness center, restaurants, and retail outlets, greatly enhancing the convenience of living in Jumeirah Islands.
